About Me

Hello Everyone!

My name is Sarah and I am the owner of RnLife.com. I am in my early 20’s. I am married to the man of my dreams and we have been married for 3 years and still counting. I am currently in nursing school getting my bachelor’s degree in nursing. I have only 4 months left and I am very excited WOOHOO. Nursing school has been a challenge and if you are in it right now or have completed it, you know exactly what I am talking about.

I enjoy writing, website design, studying the human body, spending time with my husband, going to the beach, playing tennis, eating tasty food, and listening to music.  Pretty much I am up for everything! I am from Tennessee which  is considered the South and is located in the US for all you people who don’t live in the USA. Many people think that Tennesseeans don’t wear shoes and still use the bathroom in out houses but trust me we don’t. We have indoor plumbing, shoes, and are very up to the times (LOL).

I have a cute poodle name Benji. He currently does not live with me because I live in an apartment and at the time they didn’t allow pets. So he lives with my mom and I miss him dearly! I have lived here for almost three years and can’t wait to buy a house. The whole apartment thing is getting old and I need something to own instead of rent. It feels like I am throwing away my money. I am hoping to get a house sometime next year  after I graduate from nursing school which should be around May 2009 (so can’t wait).

I decided to start my blog, RNlife.com, because I wanted to share my experiences of nursing school and soon to be nursing life with fellow nurses, nursing students, and ordinary people. Since I am becoming a registered nurse which is long for RN, I figured I would name the website RNlife.  I want this website to be an information outlet for everyone in the nursing profession. I wish I would have started this at the beginning of my college career which was about 3 years ago but I guess better late than never.

I want this to be a blog where I can interact with other people and make new friends. So please, submit something because I love to get the comments. I enjoy reading everything because I can really relate to what is being said. I think that if you are a nursing student or soon to be one you will find it very helpful because I know what I am going through right now is probably what you are going through too. Nursing school is hard but it will make us into great professional nurses! Here is a great quote I found:

“Nurses can take the pressure. ” Author Unknown ( I would like to add because they went through nursing school)

I look forward to blogging and can’t wait to hear from you!
