NCLEX-RN Results Are In-Did I Pass or Fail that is the Question!

Hey Everyone,

NCLEX-RN results are in! I have to say it was the LOOONGEST 48 hours of my life, especially the last 15 minutes of it. They literally don’t post your results until the exact time you got done taking it….which was around 930 am for me. So did I pass or fail? I know you all are so eagerly waiting hehe!

So here it is: I’m so happy to announce….that I’m officially a REGISTERED NURSE baby!! OMG I can’t believe it! I passed the NCLEX. This morning I was so nervous and of course questioning myself….thinking I failed. My heart was pounding so fast before I seen the words “pass”. It was the best $7.95 I have ever spent lol.

So there you have it! I’m celebrating today with my family. I’m so stoked that I really don’t know what to think. I just can’t believe I NEVER EVER have to study for that dreadful NCLEX again. I feel like I can start living my life again because I don’t have to worry about school again….it’s a really great feeling.

I hope everyone has a great day and thanks everyone for all the support….you all are the best pals a girl could have!

Until next time,

Sarah RN, BSN—–finally I can use those initals!

    Sarah,

Yay!!!! I’m so happy for you. I know that this experience that you’ve gone through has probably been the most pivotal and important educational experience for you and I’m so glad you were willing to blog about it. You are truly inspiring and give me hope for myself and the dreaded HESI/NCLEX.

Enjoy your new found freedom, although I hope you go on to get a graduate degree… you are so smart!

Congratulations! This is such a big deal. I can only imagine the sighs of relief and calm insides you’re experiencing. You are right in the middle of your dream and calling. How cool is that? I hope you are congratulating and treating yourself by doing some kind and nurturing things that bring a smile to your face. You’re an inspiration and I hope to be where you are in two years. I came across your site a little while ago and I really like it! My site is set up similarly (I even have the ask-a-question feature!) except I’m just starting my nursing program in September. I hope that in a couple years I can post about passing the NCLEX too! Congratulations!!

Congratulations! Thank you for posting all of the helpful nursing information. I can’t wait to read about your experiences working in the field.

Getting to where you are seems so far off for me that it doesn’t even feel like its possible that I too will be a nurse one day. But reading about your accomplishment helps make it a reality.

    Thanks! And again, congrats!

  24. Kevin June 29, 2009 7:37 pm

Congratulations Sarah! It was awesome to read about your success on the NCSX-RN exam, especially since I have such a long way to go before I get to that point.

Please take a look at my blog if you want to reminisce about just starting the journey into nursing school.
